General Delivery

When I’m sending products to my customers, I ensure that they are packed properly so that they can come to you without any damage. My products are rarely damaged during shipping. If they’re damaged, please contact me at www.siamuk.com/contact or info@siamuk.com so that I can assist you with your problem.

If you thinks that the product you have received, do not meet the standards, I will give you a choice between a free replacement and a refund. Please note that you must email us a photo of the product you think is damaged within 24 hours of receiving them, to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will refund you the full amount within 5 working days. Please note that depending on your bank; it will take 3-5 days for the transaction to complete.

 

Bakery Delivery

 

Your bakery will be freshly made by the among of your order. So there WILL NOT be any left over or stocked bakery to be sent out. For the package, I ensure that they are packed properly so that they can come to you without any damage. If you thinks that the freshly made bakery you have received, do not meet the standards, please urgently contact me at www.siamuk.com/contact or info@siamuk.com so that I can assist you with the problem.. Please note that you must email us a photo of the product you think is damaged within 24 hours of receiving them, to be eligible for the adjustment as my freshly made bakery are rarely damaged during shipping.
